Marvel Strike Force - Cyclops Coming Soon
Aftter having been mentioned for months CYCLOPS, the XMen leader is finally coming to the game.
Read below for more info on his ability and upcoming info/changes to the game.
Read below for more info on his ability and upcoming info/changes to the game.
CYCLOPS
The X-Men are a handful with the legendary Phoenix at the helm, but just wait until Cyclops slides into their Arena ranks. Scott Summers -- a.k.a. "Cyclops" -- is a mutant who can summon and shoot energy from another dimension through his eyes. He controls this energy blast using ruby quartz crystals in his visor (or slick sunglasses).
As a member of the X-Men team, Cyclops is a Blaster who specializes in coordinating ally attacks around heavy Taunters, applying Slow, and unleashing a massive Charged AoE attack that can vaporize an entire team. If you don't already, you'll want to consider adding Wolverine to your X-Men team, as Cyclops has specific synergies with his good buddy Logan.
Blast through the enemy plan with Cyclops:
Traits: Hero, Global, Mutant, Blaster, X-Men
Basic - Optic Blast
- Attack the primary target for damage and a chance to apply Defense Down.
- If Psylocke is an ally, always apply Defense Down.
Special - To Me!
- Energy Cost: 5/5
- Apply Taunt to the 2 most injured non-summoned non-primary targets.
- Call an ally Wolverine to attack the most injured of those targets.
- Call an ally to attack the second most injured of those targets.
- Attack the primary target for damage.
Ultimate - Optic Devastation
- Energy Cost: 6/8
- Attack all enemies for damage and apply Slow for 2 turns.
- Damage is increased per Charged.
- Then lose all Charged.
Passive - Team Synergy
- On turn and on X-Men ally turn, gain +2 Charged, up to a maximum of 20.
- When an enemy attacks an ally Phoenix or Dark Phoenix, 50% chance to attack that enemy for damage. If this character does not attack, call an assist from an ally Wolverine to attack that enemy. Wolverine gains extra Damage for this assist.
- On ally Phoenix death, gain Offense Up and increase an ally Wolverine's Speed Bar

MK2 Carbine Weapon Infographic - Modern Warfare
Hey gamers, today we are looking at the MK2 Carbine Marksman Rifle for Modern Warfare.
The MK2 Carbine is a one-shot kill to the upper chest and head and is a favorite of many snipers in the game, as it makes a very effective short, mid or long range weapon and with the quick ADS speed compared to the rest of the Sniper or Marksman rifles, it is a favorite of Quickscopers.
Included in the Infographic are the general details, camo unlock requirements, base stats, some loadouts, and a listing of the Attachment Unlock Levels.
As for the Loadouts, the most recommended loadouts all seem to include the Monolithic Suppressor (for the added damage range and noise suppression), the 24" Factory Barrel and the Stippled Grip Tape (to counter the ADS Speed of the Suppressor and Barrel). Outside of these attachments, a preferred optic based on your play style and either a stock or the Tac Laser, and this will make up 70%+ of the loadouts commonly seen for this weapon.
Keep in mind, the MK2 Carbine has no Ammunition or Underbarrel attachments available for it.
If you have any recommended loadouts, or suggestions, add them in the comments below.
Happy Gaming!

Modern Warfare Weapon InfoGraphics - Need Help!!
Here is the first Infographic I have put together for Modern Warfare, but I need some help.
I'm looking for information on the M4A1 Assault Rifle as to a few more attachments with regards to which Weapon Level they unlock at:
Flash Guard - ?
Granulated Grip Tape - ?
Cronen LP945 Mini Reflex - ?
Corp Combat Holo Sight - ?
Operator Reflex Sight - ?
50 Round Mags - ?
Commando Foregrip - ?
FMJ - ?
M16 Stock - ?
Because for every weapon, the attachment unlock scheme varies, it seems as if it is a topic that many people have avoided in terms of mentioning at what level various attachments unlock for each weapon. Now it seems that gamewith.net is the only other website out there that has ventured to post much of this information, and currently that is where I have pulled my info from, however, even their info is incomplete.
The trouble I have found though is that everyone is willing to give you their suggested loadouts, but you never know at what weapon level you need to be in order to use that loadout. What you will find is that 90% of the loadouts recommended need you to be near MAX weapon level to use many of the suggested attachments. The general assumption is that you already have the weapon at max level, so there is no need to discuss at what levels the attachments unlock.
On this Infographic I have included the following:
I hope the Infographic helps as a 1 stop shop for Weapon Information.

Modern Warfare Camo Unlocks and Guide - Upcoming Videos
So I've been hunting around trying to find good information on all of the Camo's, unlocks, pictures, videos, etc... and there hasn't been a great deal of info out there. Most of it revolves around videos with guys unlocking their Gold/Platinum/Damascus Camos (we'll get to those later).
For many players grinding out Camo's on Modern Warfare, it can be fun, and also very challenging. It's also interesting to see what a camo will look like on a gun before working to unlock that camo. With that thought in mind, we're going to work to start unlocking some camo's and providing you with screenshots or videos of various camos on the weapons so you can get an overall view.
AK-47 with a basic Woodland Camo applied to it. |
Before we do that, let's discuss the Camo unlock system in Modern Warfare and how it works.
Modern Warfare offers players the ability to unlock 103 different gun camouflages for every weapon in multiplayer. (100 base patterns and 3 specialty patterns)
The Modern Warfare Base Camouflages are separated into 10 camouflage patterns, with each pattern having 10 different color or style variations within it. This offers 100 different camo options. The most committed players, will unlock the 3 rarer Gold, Platinum and Damascus camo patterns.
Here are the 10 Base Camo Patterns, which you unlock in the following order:
- Spray Paint
- Woodland
- Digital
- Dragon
- Splinter
- Topo (Topographic)
- Tiger
- Stripes
- Reptile
- Skulls (unlocks at weapon max level)
Here are the 3 Specialty Camo Patterns:
- Gold - unlock all 100 base camos for a weapon
- Platinum - unlock all camos in a weapon class
- Damascus - unlock all camos for all weapons
Base Camo Pattern Unlock Requirements
The Base Camouflage Patterns are unlocked by increasing the Weapon’s XP Level. This is done simply by using the gun and getting kills with it. Once a camouflage pattern is unlocked, then the color options and variants within that type become available to unlock. Each Pattern has a different challenge you must complete in order to unlock the variants within that pattern.
Additionally, for each weapon, the Weapon XP unlock level varies as to when each Camo Pattern unlocks, as each weapon has it's own customized Max Level and unlock scheme (due to varying amount of attachments each weapon has).
For Example, the Skulls pattern, which unlocks at a weapon's max level unlocks on the M4A1 at 71, and on the MP7 at level 54.
Unlocking the Specialty Camos
Once you have unlocked all 100 of the Camo's for a particular weapon, you will unlock the Gold version of that weapon. When you unlock the Gold version for all the weapons in a Weapon Class, you will unlock Platinum for that weapon class. And finally, when all weapons have all the camo's unlocked, you will unlock the rare Damascus camo.
Variations in Unlock Progression
For each weapon class, the Unlock progression for the Camo's stays the same, however, those unlocks will vary between the weapon classes, meaning that assault rifles, compared to sniper rifles don't necessarily have the same unlock requirements.
For example: the base camouflage ‘Woodland’ is unlocked for the P90 once a player reaches Weapon Level 8 on the P90. After that, the player must get a certain number of Headshot kills with the P90 to unlock further Woodland camo patterns.
This is probably the most complex and comprehensive Camouflage system to date, especially for Call of Duty games.
Coming Soon! We will do some videos and posts for various weapon Camo Patterns, requirements, as well as show the variants in each of those camo's.

Spawning into my own Molotov on Shipment - Modern Warfare
Anyone who has played Shipment on Modern Warfare knows that the map is a cluster.....
The spawn points are horrible, and even with the switch to 5 v 5, it is still crazy.
Here's a snippet of a video that shows me throwing a Molotov, direct hitting a guy, dying, then spawning back into the game right into my own Molotov for a suicide. Just Brilliant!
Enjoy.
